Casa Guatelli guest house has a suite and a double room. Each room has all the comforts that we considered essential to allow you relaxing time at the end of a day spent wandering in this area of unknown Italy.
Part of the house preserves the ancient fortification walls of the village, dating back to the 1400s.
Both the guest house and the rooms have just been renovated, as well as the furnishings.
The suite has an outdoor terrace with table and chairs, while guests in the double room will have at their disposal the small internal courtyard on the ground floor.
The rooms have separate entrances and are completely independent.

The guest house also offers the possibility of indoor storage of bicycles and motorcycles and provides basic tools for small maintenance jobs.

Spineto Scrivia is a small village located on the hills surrounding Tortona. Extremely calm and silent, in Spineto it seems that time has stopped and that the frenetic and excited rhythms of today’s life have never contaminated these places.
Walking through the streets you can enjoy panoramic views of the valleys and the surrounding plain, or venture into the country roads through ancient farmhouses, vineyards and woods.
A few steps from the guest house you will find the pizza restaurant L’angolo dei Gusti, a small grocery store, a butcher, the post office and the church.
A little further away you can buy local wines.
Less than 2 km away there is a bar, a tobacconist and a pharmacy.
The bus stop is a few steps from the house, but to visit surroundings, we recommend the car.
The village is located on the 'Castellania cycle path', a loop circuit of about 16 km, designed in honor of Fausto and Serse Coppi.
In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach many paths to cover on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.
The train station is 15 km away. Every hour is possible to take trains that in about an hour lead to Milan, Genoa, Turin.
Serravalle Outlet is about 20 min by car from the house.
