Following the availability request, a non-binding offer will be sent to you.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required.
The reservation will be confirmed by our written communication following receipt of deposit payment.
If payment is not made, the reservation is void.
In case of cancellation communicated at least 24h before the date of arrival, the deposit will be entirely refunded by Casa Guatelli Guest House, charging the client for administrative costs of € 1.
In case of cancellation notified after 24h from the date of arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded but with prior agreement it is possible to use the reservation for other dates to be defined.

Send the receipt payment by email: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the date of your reservation, the telephone number and the email address.
The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival.
Any extras must be paid before departure.
